1,5 hours of practice to recuperate our primal language – movement
ABOUT
The workshop is inspired by somatic movement disciplines. While moving we focus on listening to the inner sensations allowing us to reconnect to our bodies and increase self-awareness.
We will start with the guided dynamic practice for activating all body parts and experiencing movement as a non-stop flow.

GUIDE
Hi! My name is Olga Kozmanidze. As a performer and musician, I’ve been engaged with body-based artistic practices since 2014. I am fascinated by the capacity of our body for healing through spontaneous and conscious movement. Sometimes we only need to reconnect to it. I am happy to create an occasion for that during my workshop. Hope to see you there!
I am a founding member and a performer in “Sentire” – the “art and science” project where we use interactive technology that transforms human interaction into sound. In collaboration with Humboldt University in Berlin, “Sentire” received funding for 3 years of research to which I’ve contributed as a research associate.
I completed a number of art programs, including experimental sound and multimedia technology; performance art and voice movement integration. I’ve attended workshops and regular classes on contact improvisation, Feldenkrais, Gaga movement language, somatic movement, butoh and others. Currently, I live and work between Berlin and Pescara, Italy.
Orti Geometrici is a garden situated on the hills of Pescara and an agricultural project, dedicated to cultivating and producing artisanal fermented food. The garden hosts events that stimulate well-being and new forms of thinking and doing together with nature.
